creating popup windows for standalone flash player...?

I'm creating a flash presentation on CD and i'm in dire need of advice as to how to or what coding is needed in order to create pop-up windows for a standalone flash movie? any help on this one would be great...I also have all my jpegs mounted on html pages and I'm not sure if i went it the right way too...

We've discussed this one before and conclcuded there's no way to open popups (which are trigerred via Javascript) without the HTML component...
