How do I make textcolors in the "Code" box?

ex: red text


And the codebox headline can sometimes read "Actionscript code", how?

to use actionscript code type [ as ] actionscript here [ / as ]
red in code [ code ][ COLOR="Red" ]red[ / COLOR ][ / code ]
without the spaces of course. :)
