center a projector file when played

hi everyone! anyone here knows a code that shall be included in a flash projector file so that when it is played it is displayed in center? and another thing, a code that shall set it as non resizable, thanks. hope someone can give me code, hehe.:D :D

Centering the projector is set up in publish settings

fscommand("allowscale", "false"); makes it non-resizeable
