How to Dynamically Create an FLV Instance in a Component

I've done some searching and am unable to come up with the syntax/steps needed to dynamically create an FLV instance inside a custom UIObject extended component.

(I tried the FLVForum, but it was down) :)

Any help is greatly appreciated.
