scrollpane confusion

I want to have a set of images (5cm*5cm on screen)where i can scroll through them in a row with a few being displayed. I might have about half the images off the screen.

eg 20 pictues of 5cm L*W in size in a vertical row.

How can i do this with scrollpane?
