Converting .swf files

Hey Guys,
I have two .swf files that I need to convert to .gif and .bmp files
They animate in the .swf format and I need them to animate when they are converted into .gif and .bmp
Does anybody know how this is done? I didn't make the .swf files in Flash, I received them as .swf files

You export as .gif. Each keyframe will export as a still pic. You have to have Adobe cs 2. You open your still frame go to window/animation. Click that and a bar will come up at the bottom of the screen with your pic in it.
Check this tutorial. it kicks much ass, but you have to have speakers on your computer. Good luck.
