I am getting so frustrated!!!!Help me pleasssse!
I want to place my .swf of a sliding navigation menu on my homepage. I imported the swf and then I converted it to a movieclip and placed it on the stage. I did not assign any links to the navigation yet, I just wanted to test the animation. and it's not working. I have a feeling that its a simple problem, but I can't figure it out.
I don't have a stop action on the first frame, so that's not it.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks!

You imported the SWF? I'm afraid I don't get you. Perhaps you should be using loadMovie instead of manually importing...

I am attaching the .fla of the menu nav. that I want to place on my site.
I tried converting it to a movieclip and it didn't work. I just don't know how to incorporate this navigational menu into my existing site.
I already have navigation working on my site with just buttons, but it's a bit static and it doesn't have the life that this nav. has.
I would really really appreciate any help.
Thanks guys!

it doesn't have the life that this nav. has.
I'm confused, that implies that you have got the nav working stand alone already, yet it does nothing for me.
Where did you get it from? Do it yourself or is it acquired? Does it work in context elsewhere?
Although to be honest I can't be bothered to take a good look at the code right now because I'm not sure what it is you are trying to do, my hunch is that the paths are probably all wrong.
*shrug* more info? also are you trying to load into a target mc or a level?
