I have a Flash doc, and when I try to publish to Quicktime mov, I get the following:
An error occured because a required Quicktime component could not be found.
Why am I getting this. I was able to publish to Quicktime 2 weeks ago.
thanks

My file is under 500 kb. Couls someone convert it to a Quicktime mov, then zip or stuff it and send it back to me? Please?
Here is the download: http://www.caillouette.com/tthankyou3.zip

I tried on FMX 2004 and F8 and both said they don't understand the file format... I am guessing it is one of those PC/Mac stuff... :(

With a little searching I found out that once you upgrade your Itunes, Quicktime for Flash is turned off.
here's the link. I think plenty of people might run into this problem:)

Lelales, I didn't see your posted ref link. I did call Apple. There position is that they most likely not address the conflict, as long as ITunes and Quicktime are performing fine.
