External .txt Multiple A HREF problem

I have an external .txt document that I am trying to have multiple <a href> links in. I am missing something because the first one works then it blanks out the rest of the page. I am under tight dealine on this stupid project and I am at my wits end.

SOMEONE HELP ME.

Its probably the ampersands (&) in the second URL, these are used to declare the start of a new variable in .txts for Flash. So it thinks that is the end of the first variable and stops reading it as "textbox". You can try and have your text encoded to start with (try this tool http://www.dommermuth-1.com/protosite/experiments/encode/index.html ) or you could bring it in as character data "<![CDATA[" from an XML file instead.
