button with getURL code conflicting hotspot?

Hi all, im trying to make a navi. here is the swf and fla.

what i want to do is that when u roll over the product tab and the sub cat. of the product will come on, and then there are links for each sub menu button.

my problem is that the button is conflicting the hotspot where i want to make the sub menu stay while i roll down to it. can you guys please help me out how to resolve this problem?

i tried to fix it, but where are the getURLs? i couldnt find any script exept
