inserting frames between each frame in a sequence

Hi - I've a sequence of frames on my timeline (200 unique frames - all with a different image in that make up a special motion effect). The problem is that is that I need to slow down this effect because it gets imported into a movie that runs at a higher speed (I can't slow that down for various reasons)

Currently I'm having to insert a frame into each of my existing 200 frames to reduce the speed.

anyone know of a way of selecting a sequence of frames and having a command that 'adds a frame between each exisiting frame in selection'

maybe a 3rd party component?

If its only 200 frames, I would just select the first frame in your timeline (via the playhead, not clicking on an actual layer). Then press F5 (insert frame) then the full stop key (skip to next frame). F5 full-stop F5 full-stop F5 .... Shouldn't take more than a minute.

Just the job! Got a few to do but I was always good at Daley Thomsons Decathlon when I was a kid.
