javascript for true fullscreen on Mac

Does anyone know a method (javascript preferably) of getting absolute full screen, without anything else but the site on the sceen, on a Mac, especially IE?

I've tried the method advised on this site but it doesn't seem to work on any platform or browser.

Please help!!!!
