IE scrolling and components

i have a flash movie with a datechooser and a combo box and some others. now the mousewheel can scroll up and down the flash movie without the components in it but when the components are loaded, the mousewheel can no longer scroll IE.

does anyone know a solution to this?

looking more into it, its only components in the "user interface" folder that does this. all the others work just fine.
