Does anybody knows how to use AMF in flex2?
I can not find examples how to use amf services in flex2 . There is almost no documentation about it.

I suggest:
http://www.sephiroth.it/

He have done a tutorial using PHPAMF and showed how to work with it in AS3 / Flex2..

PS: Site is currently down, so you need a little patience.

Does flex has any support of AMF?

AMF is just dealing with webservice interaction via native flash objects, if i'm not mistaken....

Flex 2 is just an IDE for creating flash swfs, so there's no reason why it shouldn't.

I suppose everything could be done via flash, but shouldn't there be more convenient way to work with amf services directly with flex? (without loading swf for web services)

Flex supports pretty good ways of working with web services, why shouldn't there be any way to work with amf ?

I've not found time to use AMF yet, but it looks like the class flash.net.NetConnection has some sort of support for AMF. Have you searched the Flex Builder help files for more information? I saw a few things that looked promising.

?? No....I meant that flex runs off the same framework as flash, therefore anything thats compatible with flash should be compatible with flash.

The flex 2 RemoteObject component uses AMF to access server side objects. Check out the Flex 2 Developer's Guide, starting with Chap. 43 (pg 1123). However, in order to use a RemoteObject, Flex Data Services (FDS) is required.

Or just write some netconnection code in script tags
