Flash and HTML drop down menu problem

Ok, so here's a problem I've run across. I'm working on a site that's CSS + HTML. I created a horizontal drop down menu for the main navigation. On a few pages I plan on using a flash component to display slide shows.

Here's the problem . . . I want the location of the slide show to be near the top of the page, but when I hover over my drop down menu it gets covered by the Flash file. How do I, get the Flash file to stay "behind" the drop down menu?

Make sure it's transparent (wmode) and embed it in a lower division.
