embedding video frame edition

Is there any way of cutting the frames in the middle/beginning of an embedded video?

Per example, if the video has 400 frames and I want to take out frames 50 to 100. I Select and delete them but then what happens is that the video now has lost frames 350 to 400. Because flash always take them out starting from the end, no matter what is selected. :confused:

I think the only way is to use the importer that flash has and trim it to your specifications. But that is a weakness in flash and hopefully it gets addressed in the next release :D
Either that or there is a way that I'm not aware of.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortonelty is also impossible to simply convert every frame to keyframe... every time i put a key frame the video goes agian from the beggining
