Port HTML to Flash

Is there a simple way to open a 10 page html website
into flash and have it easier to setup than a manual move?

A client has asked I re-build in Flash completely which could take
a while.

Probably not... Also... Flash only understands HTML 1.1 specification...

ya its not really something you can do. Flash doesn't read true html very well as CyanBlue said.
