select more than one value from a listBox

Hi

I have a Flex 2 application containing a listBox (<mx:List>). the listBox is populated using the results of a webService acting as the dataProvider etc.......

I want to allow the user to be able to select more than one value (row) from the listBox - i.e. select and row and then hold down the (Ctrl) button and seleted another row etc... or something along those lines. Is this possible ????
