Best Way to Play MP3s?

I am creating a website for a singer and was wonder what people would recommend for playing mp3s while you browser the site.

I would love to have a playlist that it will go through and load in hopefully dynamically. All the ways I know/have used before are not as nice.

Maybe if there is some way to get one going with volume control and all that jazz too.

there are some open source flash mp3 players out there if you browser.

I'd recommend xml to load each mp3 dynamically.

its the code behind the player, but you have to make the graphics.
