Shopping Cart Question

I have a client with a perl e-commerce system and they wanted a new page added. The new items have several options, but the e-commerce system only seems to want to accept 2 for select boxes (size, color). Here's the page - if you select options from the first item you'll see that only two of the three selections appear in the product description in your cart:

Any suggestions on ways I might be able to get around this? I don't know perl at all.
