Can anyone suggest a good source to learn basic website setup using flash? Currently I am looking at getting "Foundation ActionScript for Flash 8" by Sham Bhangal. Basically, I need something that tells me how to deal with the two following scenarios:
1) Loading and (possibly) unloading external swfs in a main movie clip. I either need to know how to have a button (or movie clip) that is in the external swf cause the external swf to unload (or dissapear) and send the main movie clip back to an earlier frame.
2.) OR, I need a button or movie clip in the main movie to send the external swf file to a specific frame within itself, while simultaneously also sending the main movie clip to another frame.
If you might know a solution to either of these scenarios or know of a source I could obtain that would answer these dilemmas, please let me know.
