EOLAS : Publishing A Site Error "click To Activate Account"

Hi all, recently after publishing and testing my site I noticed where my flash files are located boxes around the files with a "CLICK TO ACTIVIATE AND USE THIS CONTROL" pop up thing occur, when I hover over the flash parts. Can you please tell me why this occurs and how to remove it? It works fine on safari but using internet explorer, there seems to be a problem.

Download the sample file from that site and go over the HTML file... No need to read the JS file unless you have interest on learning that part as well...

Here's the fix:

This is a simple update to Flash 8 (Professional and Basic) in order to publish HTML file with the new embed code so that the SWF can receive user input immediately, instead of seeing a tooltip and activating the content manually.

(You have to install this update using the Extension Manager)

fakat kalın çizgi ve benzeri basit şeylerle yaptığım animasyonları açıyor. ve hepsinin formatı aynı...

I have a problem about laser show converter flas!!!
this program dont converting all swf* files.
converting easy flash works but dont converting what I need...
I hope u understand me... :)
iff somebody will help me, I will be glade...( becaus my boos want to kill me :(
