Loading frames

Is there a way to have a frame's page information display in the browser's history when you load a new frame, so I can keep the history from being filled with the same exact page name a hundred times over?

Nevermind...I've decided to use HTML fragments instead of frames.

I think setting the <title> of the page you load in the frame should be enough to control what gets shown in the browser history
