File extension manager (.MXP) : How do I make this into a .fla so that I can open it?

I have downloaded macromedia extension manager, and I have opened it up and it is on the list, when I view it on the extension manager list, it sais type; Flash component [FLA]. I don't know how to make this MXP file I downloaded into the .FLA so that I can work on the thing... HELP.

You don't have to make your post bold and in weird font because we can see it loud and clear without such formatting... It just makes our eyes sore...

You cannot create FLA out of the MXP file... MXP file sometimes contains additional FLA file inside if required which can be found after you install MXP file... But that FLA file probably won't be the source FLA file for the extension...
