cutting a photo in MCs

Hallo to all Flash-Masterminds ;)

I`m trying to make a little puzzle game, where the user can load a photo and then put the pieces in the right order.
I just can`t come up with an idea, how I can cut the user photo in movie clips (pieces). Some kind` of putting a cutting grid over the photo ? I can do it manually, but it should work dynamically (the photos have the same size)

some relevant links should also do the work...

Did you search? From memory pixelwit made a really nice jigsaw puzzle source file that he posted on here
