can you insert an image into a scrollable text box?

I have a scrollable text box that contains alot of text. I am wanting to add some small images under certain parts of this text. I have been trying to add the images into the text box however when I view the file the image just remains static when I scroll the text down.

Is there a way where I can get it so the image can be inserted into the text box?
