From local MySQL to external server

Hei i've made an hit-counter and it works fine on my local machine. how do i go about when i want to make the db work on an external server?

Well if your using a local mySQL server, simply export the table(s) and database(s) and then import them on the remote server. I would suggest using phpmyadmin to manage this if your host provides it.
