can the author post a full swf tutorial that uses a recording style of the tutorial, or are we limited with the file size ?

You mean like a SWF video tutorial? You're limited by file-size to about 2Mb for uploads, but if you have video tutorials you want to run, we can upload them for you... Pls contact us via staff [at] or similar to discuss it.
