Converting actionscript to FLV or QT Movie

These days I do most of my animation without that many frames and use the Actionscript tweening classes instead. That makes for great snappy Flash movies, but it becomes a problem when I need the clip in another format.

Does anyone have any suggestions for exporting or capturing an actionscript-based flash movie as a frame-based FLV or QuickTime movie?
