I have my Flash movie nestled sweetly inside some gradient images on my html page.....

All is fine apart from a split second flash of white that happens on loading. I've tracked this white flash down to the main movie background colour.....

Is there anyway of using a background image instead of colour ?? or does anyone have any other suggestions for elliminating this problem ??

Cheers fellas !!

You're pretty much always going to get that. Unless the background is a solid color, to match the html backrgound. You set the flash to transparent, but I think that only works in IE.

Cheers Mr Cota !!

Publishing as "Transparent Windowless" did the trick perfectly.....looks great in Safari, Firefox and Opera.....not tried IE yet....

Thanks again
