Removing blue background

Hello, does anyone know how to remove that annoying blue backgroundcolor when you put your mouse over it? I have these images inside panel which is bind to a Tilelist dataprovider. When I put my mouse over the panel i can see a blue background color that goes around it. Is there anyway I can make it transparent?

yea style it like in ur css , set the tilelist rollovercolor to something u want and den set alpha..
