Doing the effect as seen on a OSX taskbar

Hi,

I'm sure this was asked before, but the forum search doesn't seem to like short words, such as "osx" :(.

I'm trying to do the same effect as seen on the OSX taskbar, where the icons change their size according to the way the user hovers the mouse cursor over them.

Could someone point me a tutorial on this subject?
