tabbing text fields

Is there any way of defining the tabbing order of text fields. I just want it to go from top to bottom in the normal fashion. At the moment it's going all over the place; to buttons etc. I know this is possible in MX but really need to get it working in 5

I'm sure there's a clever person somewhere on this forum who knows the correct way of doing it.

I just draw them in the order I want them to be tabbed through...it seems to work. I presume it has something to do with levels.
