This is a rather simple question.

How do you change the font size in flex builder 2?

In the preferences for flex>editors there is no option to change any font settings.

i'm sitting quite far away from my LCD and can hardly make out the text.

It's pretty darn well hidden. In the Preferences window, goto General->Appearance->Colors and Fonts. Then, in the tree, open the Basic branch and choose Text Font. Click the Change button and you'll be able to set the size.

Just move closer to the monitor. I find it often helps.

I have my Widescreen LCD mounted to the end of my bed.
(yes I know what your thinking!)

In order to see the size 10 font I have to sit in the middle of the bed, but then I have no back support which gives me back ache.

Sitting at the top of the bed gives me back support but you need bionic eyes to read size 10 font from 2 meters away. I can make out the text but I have to strain my eyes.

I can make the text bigger in all my other apps (word, Opera) etc. and now I can do the same with eclipse.

Theres nothing like waking up in the morning and doing some coding before breakfast!
