Menu effect

Hello everybody!

I have created a website for me and my friend in flash. I'm not that good yet but i can deal with scripts, motion panning, etc.

Well.. We need some cool effects on our website, and then I saw this (http://www.herbrich.com/index.html) website.
In the menu, there is a little glowing-circle-thing that follows your current section.

Any of you good people have a tip to do that? ..

I would just use an onEnterFrame to check where the ball is. If it's _x value does not match the x value of the button you clicked, you increment it till it matches. Then you throw a little scale code in to make it shrink up&down between movements.
