Windowless Flash Application

Can I create a windowless application (.exe) with Flash?

The purpose is to create a small ball game that can be played on the desktop of a windows machine.

But it must be transparent, not disturbing the normal behavior of the desktop.

No.

Basically, there's been talk of third-party applications that will (or already do) let you create windowless "windows", which means that you can have a shape on your destop with a Flash movie on it, but it is still not transparent... It's just with no resize, maximize, minimze or restore buttons. And no navbar, no status bar, and so on...

I forgot the link to it, but IMHO, it looked like a featherless chicken...
