I am trying to use a predeveloped flash piece in a page and I want to the page to automaticly refresh to another html page after the flash movie has ended.
Do the Flash movie (flash 5) send any type of call to the web page upon completing.
Any help would be great.

look into fscommand and combine with javascript to send info from your flash to the html page.
simply place an fscommand the last frame of your movie
if you search the forums I think this has been answered before so you might find more info there, I've used the fscommand to do exactly what you seem to be after but I can't help with the javascript code cos a nice webmonkey did that bit for me! sorry ;)
(at work it's divided into graphics and development and being graphics if it's outside of Flash I'm not allowed to touch the code!)
do you have the flash fla? if so, then put:
getURL("urlfornewpage.html");
on the last frame of the movie.

arrrghh! DUH!! I was thinking of something totally different when I posted - kudos to tg
I totally forgot that we used fscommand and not geturl in my instance cos of something or other to do with an ad banner, I dunno, just did as I was told!

No I do not have the ablity to touch the FLA,
I only get the swf file and I am trying to find out if the the swf file sends any calls the the brower as a standard setting.

so, import the swf to another fla file, give a room to the swf to play 'till the end frame the put the TG code as he said in the last frame
