font problem

Hi, I just created a dynamic site. In this site I used some bitmap fonts. Now that I'm nearly ready with creating the site, I have to change all my fonts, in stead of using a bitmap font, I have to use device fonts. But I'm experiencing some strange problems. All the animation and transparency I had in my fonts is gone. The fact is that I really have to use device fonts. In the database we have to possibility to put text in bold, which is impossible to use with bitmap fonts.

Is there a solution to solve this problem.

The block that appears contains some text. But this text should first be transparent and should only become visible when we roll over that block of text. As we can see, text is constantly visible.
