Why is my website so slow?

I did it all in flash. Everytime you click a link, I used loadmovie. Is that why it's slow? Or is it my graphics? Maybe a publish setting? Thanks in advance!

Where is it hosted?... I am on a screamin fast connection and it is slow, so it must be on the sending end. check that out
