animaton heavy swf just doesnt run smoothly, any ideas?

hi guys

I have this animation heave swf of about 2mb. of course i built in a preloader bar to stop the animation from starting until the whole movie is downloaded. However, when i start it after the preload has finished it still doesnt play through nicely. does anyone have any idea how to apprach this.

you can try Bitmap Caching. Although you have to publish for FP8 for it to work
