goto another frame at end of video

I want to place several videos in an interactive SWF I am designing. I need to know how to have the end of the video trigger a gotoAndPlay function. I know how to do this if I embed the video, but I would rather use the "progressive download from a web server" function so I can keep the main file size smaller. I am just beginning to learn actionscript, so I'm hoping for something fairly simple.
