just wonderring to know which type of video is allowed to stream in Flash without any other 3rd party software!

FLV or swf only. Your video will have to be exported to this format or converted. I run a hosting and streaming service you should check out: vidrokkermedia.com. It's a godawful site but we're in the midst of rebranding.
