Import graphic format

How do I import a graphic into Flash and obtain maximum resolution.

I am creating a Flash movie for CD ROM so I am not resticted to file size.

The movie only requires one image, this is a two page spread from an A4 magazine. The idea being to zoom into different areas of the page.

At the moment I am importing a .jpg image with the following specification.

width 87.49 cm
heght 61.91 cm
resolution 72 pixils/inch

This is readable but rather blurred. Can anyone suggest how I can improve the image quality.

Have you found the quality settings in the library? (right click on the image and select properties)
Also, if size is no object, try using a PNG instead of a jpg
