Importing .mov files into Flash

Can anyone tell me how to import .mov files into flash........
I have used the import command......but just one frame is visible..
the size of the .mov file is 7MB

Can you tell me how to go about it??

well seems that u use flash 5
first u should know how loang your mov lasts
then convert that time to the flash fps
if u run at 12 fps (flash system) so 1 min = 720 frame (60 second * 12 frame)
so u should expand your frames by that
