scrolling images

Hi Im currently working for a local clothes shop who want a funky modern website. What Im trying to achieve is when you scroll over a button a background image scrolls on using actionscript.

similar to this

Any help would be good.

I think it is only a Tweening . you can search the tween class in flash8 help document.
