Flash charts - classes

Hi!

I really like this, but i want an alternative i want it to be tottaly free...
Do you know an alternative way?
I want it on Flash, becouse if i generate bars in PHP (make html) i cannot "animate" anything...
Any sugestion will be apriciated...
