Can I copy scene to another movie?

I have Flash5.

Hi,

I can't remember the P.C. shortcut, but you can copy and paste frames (from the 'edit' menu). If it's Flash 5 you're going to have to rename the layers, everthing should move across ok, but you'll have to check all the paths in your actionscript.

Yes I do know how rebuild scene to another movie with copying frames but it would be nice if the hole scene can be copy at once.

Well... if you have a Flash file with three scenes and now you want to seperate that file into three FLA files according to the scenes...
Say that the main FLA file name is MAIN.FLA... Copy that MAIN.FLA to SCENE1.FLA, SCENE2.FLA and SCENE3.FLA...
Open up the SCENE1.FLA and delete scene2 and scene3... Save the file...
Open up the SCENE2.FLA and delete scene1 and scene3... Save the file...
Open up the SCENE3.FLA and delete scene1 and scene2... Save the file...
Voila... now you have three seperate FLA files that contains different scenes... But... this doesn't mean that the script within it will work properly if there is any interactions between scenes... You will need to do proper editing on them... Know what I mean, right??? :)
