drag from file manager drop into flash

hi everybody,

can't find answer to this question:

is it possible to drag a file, let's say from the desktop, into an swf movie and have it react to this?

if this is possible, can you redirect me to some document about this matter?

Nope, that's not possible in Flash MX 2004 or Flash 8... You could check out the Apollo from the Adobe site to see if that can get you going further though...
