How big is your swf?
In FF the bottom scroller is active.
Cant seem to find any site navigation apart from being able to move left to right and vice-versa.

It's looking nice, but the animation is somewhat jerky on my machine especially when you have secondary action going on like waterfall or something similar to that...

I really like your photos... they are awesome! Good job.
I agree with others that it's a bit choppy on the pan, though. Two ideas for reducing that are:
1) Ensuring that bitmap caching is enabled for the photographs
2) If you have the AS chops to dynamically load and unload the photos, you should be able to turn off parts of the image that aren't on the screen. (and make sure you set them to _visible = false rather than _alpha = 0)

There's like, this sound of crickets that show up when you scroll to the right a little at the beginning and don't go away throughout the rest of the time that you scroll right.
