scroll a flash web page

Hi
I have web page all in flash.
Whe page is loaded I can scroll it with mouse, but when I load first external movieclip the mouse scrolling function disapears.
Is there anything I can do, is realy inconvenient.
I have search in flash mx2004 help.
try to use // Mouse.onMouseWheel

Please help
